We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative - Shipping (Logistics) to work with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Learn/Process purchase orders entry

· Process return authorizations from customers, sales reps/managers and end consumer.

· Respond to all inquiries via email and Guest Books from our customers, sales reps/managers and end consumers

· Learn/Maintain knowledge of existing and new Chapin products

· Learn/Maintain current knowledge of customers, pricing and sales programs

· Answer phone calls from customers, sales reps/managers and end consumers placing orders

· Interact with customer portals for reporting of freight, claims, and order status confirmation.

· Handle shipping related items (mis-shipments, short shipments, damaged shipments etc.

· Provide order tracking information to customers, end consumers, sales reps and sales managers.

· Work closely with Order Center regarding pricing related questions

Requirements:

· Call center experience desirable

· Polished with a professional demeanor required

· Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Highly accurate data entry skills required

· Ability to multi-task

· Must have a positive outlook, always willing to help where needed
