Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Brownsville, TX
Reports to: Senior Customer Service Manager
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, clients, and other employees.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be authorized to work in Brownsville, TX.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
·Provide exceptional Customer Service and exceed customer expectations.
·Assist in the resolution of client issues and complaints.
·Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, co-workers, and management.
·Provide support to the company with product development, sales, marketing, and promotions projects.
·Assist in the development of new business opportunities within the company’s target market.
·Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within the company’s target market.
·Maintain an organized filing system for client files, product information, sales orders, marketing orders, and other files as needed.
