Customer Outreach:

• Initiate warm calls to clients who have expressed interest in our services
• Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions
• Identify Customer Needs and Provide Solutions
• Provide Excellent Customer Service and Customer Relations
• Build, maintain, and manage customers' accounts
• Deliver outstanding Customer Service and maintain positive relationships with clients

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
• Technical Requirements: Access to a laptop or iPad, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to follow up, solve problems, and provide excellent Customer Service.
• Experience: One year or more of Customer Service and sales experience (recommended)
