Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies

- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support or information

- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex problems

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and track customer interactions

Requirements:

- Fluent in English

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is preferred

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in microsoft suite, data entry, and using CRM software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
