Customer Service Representative/Property Assistant

All Storage is looking for a motivated, friendly professional with superior Customer Service skills to fill the full-time position of Customer Service Rep (CSR). Our main goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

An All Storage CSR must be dependable, punctual, able to work independently, and willing to work a flexible schedule at times. This position requires availability on both weekend days and a strong attention to detail. A Bilingual Spanish speaker is a huge plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Selling, showing, and leasing storage units
• Managing billing and account collection
• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within certain time limits; following up to ensure resolution
• Achieving team sales objectives
• Fulfilling other light labor and maintenance duties as assigned by the Property Managers and Property Assistants
