Customer Service (Booking Agent)

You'll be the travel expert providing information of our tour products and itineraries to the customers. Afterwards, our Travel Consultants will follow up the booking and assist them to plan all aspects of their client's trips, including flights, accommodation, tours and activities, transfers with the aim of generating business and building a loyal customer base.
Great opportunity to join corporate travel agency with a fast-growing corporate and academic clientele. This is an in-office position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Pick up the phone calls and answer the customers questions and create rate quotes and bookings as per customer requests.
Assist customers with travel related inquiries over the phone. Resolve customer requests.
Input customer's order into the computer system.
Perform general clerical duties
Provide courteous and prompt response to the e-mail and phone requests for customers.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English; multilingualism (Mandarin/ Spanish) is a plus
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international geography
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
