Customer Service Representative

We are looking for highly motivated, friendly, and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our Aire Serv Family in Northwest Houston and the Katy area (77433)!

Responsibilites:

• Provide excellent Customer Service over the phone by answering customer questions and service concerns
• Respond in real time to new inbound leads to convert them into scheduled appointments by contacting the customer by phone, text, chat or email
• Secure accurate information for scheduled appointments
• Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in products to answer customer questions
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties related to an office environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
• Comfortable with technology and multi-tasking
• Detail-oriented and ability to type 30 wpm
• Must be able to meet key performance indicator standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but is not required
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a favorable background
