Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction with Immaculate Restoration & Carpet Care is positive and memorable. From answering inquiries and scheduling appointments to addressing concerns and providing support, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests with our team of technicians
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
