Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction with Immaculate Restoration & Carpet Care is positive and memorable. From answering inquiries and scheduling appointments to addressing concerns and providing support, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests with our team of technicians
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
