We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Assist customers with product information.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Provide product troubleshooting and technical support to customers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
• Uphold company values and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of battery technology or related industries is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per year
