We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Assist customers with product information.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Provide product troubleshooting and technical support to customers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
- Uphold company values and adhere to established policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of battery technology or related industries is a must.
