Customer Service Representative

We at OPALESCENT IT SOLUTIONS are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate sales representatives for sales opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about products or services
• Input customer information into the computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities
• Record customer contacts and other information about products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields is preferred.
• Strong business telephone and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills to meet incoming call volume
• Proven ability to meet and exceed client/customer expectations
• Must have basic computer knowledge. MS Office, Adobe, Skype
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
