We at OPALESCENT IT SOLUTIONS are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate sales representatives for sales opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about products or services
- Input customer information into the computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities
- Record customer contacts and other information about products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields is preferred.
- Strong business telephone and Customer Service skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills to meet incoming call volume
- Proven ability to meet and exceed client/customer expectations
- Must have basic computer knowledge. MS Office, Adobe, Skype
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
