Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments for exams, boarding and grooming, medication refills, etc.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding matters
- Collaborate with medical team members to ensure seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
