Customer Service Representative

Company Description: Established in 2004

Offices located in Kentucky, West Virginia and Tennessee

Industry: Secure Destruction and Recycling

Clients Serviced: Medical Industry, Financial industry, Government (State, Federal and City) and many other industries.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers over the phone in a professional, friendly manner

• Through email, help generate sales among current customer accounts

• Answer customer queries and identifies new business opportunities

• Apply payments daily to our quickbooks software

• Learn the base responsibilities of our scheduler and AR rep to serve as a backup

Skills of the ideal Customer Service Representative:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• The ability to generate ideas

• The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once

• No degree required

• Ability to work full-time and reliably commute to the office

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience (especially working with customers, restaurant and/or retail experience is a plus)
