Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over the phone in a professional, friendly manner
- Through email, help generate sales among current customer accounts
- Answer customer queries and identifies new business opportunities
- Apply payments daily to our quickbooks software
- Learn the base responsibilities of our scheduler and AR rep to serve as a backup
Skills of the ideal Customer Service Representative:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to generate ideas
- The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
- No degree required
- Ability to work full-time and reliably commute to the office
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience (especially working with customers, restaurant and/or retail experience is a plus)
