Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with Sales and Staffing Responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients and candidates while also driving sales and staffing efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients and candidates

- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

- Meet and exceed sales and staffing goals

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
