The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients and candidates while also driving sales and staffing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients and candidates
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet and exceed sales and staffing goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
