We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent Customer Service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain customer records and accounts.
• Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management regarding Customer Service issues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
