Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mesa, AZ *WFH flexibility*

Salary: $18.50 - $20.00/hourly

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior Customer Service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
