Currently, we have an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative who will provide a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, taking messages for other office staff, greeting visitors, mail distribution, booking sales estimates, and general miscellaneous office duties.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google apps
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Communications or Business
- Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems
- Knowledge of HVAC-related software
- Type 45-60 WPM
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
Pay Scale: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Position Responsibilities:
- Stock employee forms
- Keep files and logs up to date
- AR billing with AP, sending reminder notices
- Job invoicing and logging
- Batch credit card deposits
- Marketing content for the website
- Scheduling installations, cleanings, and repairs
- Provide backup support for dispatch and reception as needed
- Other duties as assigned
