Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in achieving our established Customer Service goals of integrity, dedication and relationship building. The Customer Service Specialist provides the best possible service, and support for our customers as well as for our team members. This position will be the initial point of contact with customers, visitors, and vendors on the phone and in person. This position provides support to the inside sales team by processing completing the sale/order cycle for a variety of the manufacturers we represent.

Prioritized Duties Consist of:

• Answer calls /Operate busy telephone system (multi-phone lines)
• Maintain digital and paper filing systems– invoices and purchase orders
• Handle all Fed-Ex out-going mail and schedule pick up
• Oversee usage of office fax, printer, and photocopier machines.
• Enter Billing daily including processing RGA/RMA
• Order entry of all will-call, email, and fax orders
• Troubleshoot Customer Service issues with orders, expedite request, and follow-up
• Inventory support for Inside and Outside Sales- stock checks
• Provide administrative support and assisting as needed.
