Customer Service Representative

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is a leading service and installation provider for the Nashville area and beyond! We are looking for a detail orientated person to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. This position will oversee the installation process from point of sale to installation completion and will require a keen eye and close attention to detail.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Work closely with multiple departments to ensure that installation needs are met and scheduled in a timely and efficient manner.
• Schedule installations.
• Maintain schedule and communications with all installation crews.
• Utilize information provided to research site prior to installation.
• Create schematic and site plan drawings.
• Receive and submit permit application. Verify they are completed by the established deadline
• Ensure proper paperwork is ready for installation teams. Review completed paperwork prior to submission.

Qualifications and Requirements for this position:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work alone or a part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for efficiency and code compliance
• Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and QB
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Ability to read and interpret a map
• Knowledge of permitting and inspection process is preferred
