Processes MBLI purchase orders in the GP system; enter info, confirms requests, shipment and charges for shipment.
Furnishes information of all product lines to customers.
Manages backorders, backorder reports and re-order inventory levels.
Communicates order to production (i.e. OEM, Distributor orders).
Receives and monitors inventory levels of MBLI finished goods and communicates with production.
Confers with production, shipping, warehouse or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
Handles customer complaints involving shipping or order processing; traces concerns, resolve and writes up variances as needed.
Communicates daily/weekly/quarterly inventory counts with shipping.
Processes carrier invoices and monitors carrier performance - FedEx bills
Maintains customer records and communications; updates customer account information thru GP
Orders and stocks supplies and forms as needed.
Monitors kit levels and initiates assembly of additional kits, as required.
Monitors credit limits, notes those that exceed credit limits, collections, past due accounts; place holds on orders, completes credit checks,
Knowledge of safety program procedures.
Familiar with applicable regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, CMDR, EU, MHLW, ANVISA, MDSAP).
Familiar with Quality Management Systems and Quality Policies.
Other Job Duties:
Acts as back-up to the Shipping Department including kit assembly functions
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications of the Position:
Experience:
Two years or more experience in sales or Customer Service.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities at Entry:
