A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional Customer Service by supporting and responding to inquiries. Some duties include:
- Providing responsive and professional Customer Service to members regarding their auto insurance policies.
- Advising of and selling membership benefits to customers on calls.
- Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems.
- Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
- Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department.
- Attending coachings and team meetings.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for those with the following:
- Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars
- Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Sales experience would be helpful.
- Must be willing to advise of and sell membership benefit products.
- Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently.
- Must demonstrate conviviality, a core value of our client. Conviviality is a passion for bringing people together to create the moments that matter.
- The completion of a pre-employment assessment, reference/background screening, and drug screening.
