- Receive and process customer scheduling requests via telephone, email, or fax
- Profile wastes into Chemtron, Covanta and/or alternate disposal facilities and follow/manage the profile through the approval process
- Answer 100-150 incoming calls per week in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
- Work closely with facility personnel to ensure customers follow delivery guidelines and requirements. Contact customer when problem loads arrive at the facility
- Prepare Non- Hazardous labels, manifest, and other required paperwork that must accompany each load
- Solicit transportation and service requests for customers delivering within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and communicate and assist the transporter on behalf of the customer
- Handle special projects assigned by Manager
- Visit customers and facilities as necessary with Account Executive or Manager
- Proven Customer Service skills (2-4 years’ experience) required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are a requirement
- Detail-oriented and handles stressful situations well
- Must be proficient with productivity software (i.e. Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM)
- Undergraduate Degree preferred
- Valid State Driver's License required
