{Duties}
As an Event Planner/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events via phone calls, emails, and walk in clients. Your duties will include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
- Creating detailed contracts for clients and offering solutions to fulfill their event needs
- Assiting clients via answering phone calls, emails, or walk-ins and working with them to plan their parties, weddings, and events

- Event Planning: Experience in planning and executing successful events.
- Hospitality: Strong customer service skills and a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities for additional revenue generation during events. - Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and collaborate to keep the business running smoothly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
