As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed in their businesses.
What You'll Do:
- Client Support:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our Real Estate Technology product and its features.
- Educate clients on product functionality and best practices to optimize their experience.
- Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
- Client Engagement:
- Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
