As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed in their businesses.

What You'll Do:

• Client Support:
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of our Real Estate Technology product and its features.
• Educate clients on product functionality and best practices to optimize their experience.
• Issue Resolution:
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
• Client Engagement:
• Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster loyalty through exceptional service.
