What is the job?

Receiving inbound calls, creating notifications, performing accounts and inputting data

Documenting customer notes on accounts

Receiving and processing outage and emergency calls

Analyzing, handling, and resolving all customer's inquiries.

What do you bring to the job?

• Eagerness to learn.
• Proof of education either HS Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in Customer Service environment – Yes,
• Excellent communication skills
• Pass background and drug screening
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Availability to work overtime and weekends.
• Experience and love of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to commit to full time hours.
