Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

• Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.

• Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer database.

• Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends to better assist customers.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to share customer feedback and insights.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries or issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
