Customer Service Representative

Bison Insurance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist our clients. This position is Monday through Friday 8:30am -5:30pm.

Candidate must have good communication skills, a strong work ethic, patience and understanding as well as willingness to learn new software. Customer service background would be helpful.

Position is for answering phones, assisting clients, filing and taking payments. We are also a fingerprinting location for a nationwide company so you must be able to successfully complete a clear background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
