Responsibilities
· Provide an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers to understand the unique needs of their business.
· Maintain a customer-centric focus in all interactions ensuring commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service.
· Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their expectations.
· Handle customer issues and inquiries promptly to create effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless process and customer satisfaction.
· Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide suggestions for improved solutions.
· Record and maintain comprehensive customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
· Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide the optimum solution.
· Conduct outbound Customer Service calls to address questions, handle customer issues, and proactively identify new opportunities.
· Work well within a team environment, actively contributing to shared goals, fostering open communication, and demonstrating adaptability and active learning.
· Demonstrated ability to perform in a metrics driven environment.
· Maintain a positive attitude in the workplace that fosters a fun and engaging atmosphere, contributing to team morale and overall job satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Prior Customer Service experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficient in computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
· High School Diploma
· Graphic Design experience is a bonus
