Customer Service Representative – Part-Time

- Work flexible part-time hours: 25 to 30 hours/week, between 7 AM & 5 PM.

Our Customer Service Representative will provide excellent communication throughout the repair process to our customers so they will be ecstatic with their experience. About our Customer Service Representative Role:
- Assist customers by providing repair updates, helping navigate insurance claims, facilitating drop-offs & pickups via rentals or shuttles
- Take on various responsibilities to ensure top-tier Customer Service to each person
- Document customer calls and insurance calls in our estimating & management software
- Collaborate with General Manager & Estimator about the day's schedule
- Communicate the daily schedule with our customers & confirm appointments
- Keep Estimator & customer files organized for a smooth recording process
- Follow up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Transport customers using a company car
Our Ideal Customer Service Representative:
- Experienced: 2+ years of Customer Service experience is preferred, but we are more than happy to train qualified candidates who enjoy working with people. A background in processing insurance claims and/or collision repair knowledge would be helpful but not required.
- Computer Savvy: Comfortable using a computer with Microsoft programs, strong typing skills, and a positive attitude towards learning our estimating & management software.
- Friendly: You will serve our customers as the voice and face of Lichty Brothers. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with & caring for our customers.
- Calm: Able to provide encouragement & reassurance for people going through stressful times.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clearly explaining next steps and providing schedule updates. Communication is the key to success in this role.
- Integrity: Someone who handles every interaction with honesty & commitment.
