Parking Concepts, Inc. is looking for a flexible part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles.
Parking Concepts, Inc. has a proud history spanning over 40 years of providing high quality, progressive and innovative parking management services at hotels, hospitals, retail centers, commercial buildings, and special events.

- Schedule: Saturday & Sunday; 6:00AM – 2:30PM; flexible to cover any shift; on-call
- Pay rate: $18.00 hourly
Essential Job Functions:
- Answering calls from customers to learn more about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional Customer Service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment, handle multiple tasks, and work within time constraints.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Customer service experience preferred.
