We are looking to hire a Rockstar Customer Care Representative for Atlanta's Largest Party and Event Rental company, Jumptastic.
Summary:
The Customer Care Representative (CCR) is to assist in the overall service of all customers. The CCR will work directly with customers through the online booking and confirmation processes, as well as assisting the Delivery Team with various office tasks The CCR will be required to work weekends and some holidays. The customer care department is very diverse as we have multiple overseas counterparts that support us in our daily tasks.
Position Tasks & Activities:
Primary -
- Responsible for assisting customers both over the phone and in-person. This includes:
- Booking online orders.
- Making confirmation calls.
- Interacting with walk-in customers.
- Assisting all customers with questions they may have.
- Responsible for processing payments for new orders and remaining balances.
- Assist customers with giving them updated ETAs for deliveries if they call into the office.
- Review the proper operation of equipment with customers.
- Ensure driver paperwork is correct and ready for distribution prior to driver arrival.
- Assist when complaints and emergencies arise by investigating and solving the problem.
- Assist with Customer Pick up model by loading vehicles with equipment.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work a Friday, Saturday, Sunday Schedule with flexibility for the week if needed.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs
- Must have excellant communication skills and a sales driven attitude. Our goals are specific and weekly.
This position reports directly to the Customer Care Lead and the Office Administrative Manager.
