Form of workFrandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a Part-time Customer Service Representative to work at our Grand Forks, ND office. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 3:00 - 6:00 PM and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon. 15-20 hours per week.
This position works in a team environment to provide direct customer support. A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality service. In the few minutes necessary to perform most transactions, a Customer Service Representative must meet customer expectations of receiving friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
- Provide superior Customer Service by being professionally helpful, curious, and courageous
- Process customer transactions accurately and proficiently
- Maintain exceptional cash handling skills and accurate balancing
- Consistently make customer introductions to banking partners to grow relationships
- Diligently examine all transactions to prevent losses and deter fraudulent activity
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in computers
- Teller experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Salary range is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience.
