Shop Save and Floor is a fast growing flooring company that is actively looking for candidates with flooring experience as a Customer Service Representative to help with our growth.
Overall Responsibilities:
· Handling phone calls per day from potential customers, setting up appointments for our sales and service teams.
· Document customer information in CRM to ensure correct handoff to the team.
· Communicate with potential customers on different platforms via text & email to schedule appointments.
· involved in scripting and checklist of items to build success future growth for the business.
· Be involved in meetings that improves our processes & procedures.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Experience in the flooring indusrty Sales/Customer service is a plus.
· Product & Flooring knowledge is a plus to help set appointments and Customer service.
· Sales support ( check stock for materials , scheduling estimates, and ordering as needed )
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent listening and comprehension skills
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook.
· Independent worker, a self-starter, and detail oriented.
· Required to effectively communicate and work with professionals in other departments.
· Communication skills – , CSRs must be able to communicate , answer customers questions and follow up with customers as needed. Help set expectations for our customers, CSRs must be able to converse in a professional and business-like manner.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and set appoinments and mangage the calendar for appointments set
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our Customer Service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers & Sales in accordance with the company's Customer Service policies
