Join the Pink Jeep Tours team as a Customer Service Representative in beautiful Sedona, Arizona! In this fun, fast paced environment you will meet customers from all over the world and play an important role in the start of a customer’s tour adventure with us.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Full-time: Available to work five 8 hours shifts per week
• Able to work a variety of shifts between 6:30am and 9pm
• Proficient and accurate computer and data entry skills
• Great communication and Customer Service skills
• Work well in a team environment

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Greet customers checking in for tour reservations in a friendly manner
• Discuss tour options with new customers and book tour adventures
• Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Help operations team with daily tour scheduling and logistics
