Qualifications and Skills

- Be able to think on their feet, not just read a script on the phone.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook.
- Need to pass a background check.

Experience:
- Call Center: 1 year+ (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year+ (Preferred)
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries, by phone, email and SMS.
- Record customer information within our Customer Service database.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening, guiding the call to a successful conclusion.
- We are a small company, so we all chip in at times to work as a team and help each other out.
