Description:
This person will be answering phones, taking orders via phone & email. This is a job requiring excellent organization & computer skills. We will train them on our entry system and how to do the daily work but they must have Customer Service experience.
Job is Monday – Friday, 8-4

-Have reliable transportation
-Be here every day and BE ON TIME
-Have very strong computer skills (excel, word, windows, etc)
-Be very organized
-Be a team player
-Be able to multi-task at least 3 very large job responsibilities
-Be able to work independently and have time management skills
-Be able to work under pressure/stress
-Be able to navigate & organize emails
-Must have at least 2 years of call center experience
-Must be very friendly & professional on phone calls
-Be able to think outside the box and have excellent problem solving skills
