Responsibilities:
- Accurate processing of customer orders per each quote
- Handle customer inquiries and product needs with accurate information
- Works closely with market manager to ensure accuracy of quotes and all communications
- Interpret customer requirements by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Perform filing activities and/or general office duties for all markets
- Initiate invoices, sample requests and credits as needed
- Resolves product or service problems
- Assist with RMA’s
- Assemble print catalogs or advertising materials, as needed
- Ensure that Radix satisfies the customer’s expectations for all transactions
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Suggest improvements to department processes/procedures
- Act as back-up to others in the department when needed
- Write reports and business correspondence as needed.
- Work with operations to quote accurate lead times and expedite, when necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, weights, and apply concepts of metric conversion.
- Assist market manager with inside sales calls
- Serve as primary phone operator for triaging phone calls and emails throughout the Company
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree and/or 1-3+ years of sales or Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CRM and ERP experience (Syteline a plus)
- Manufacturing experience is a preferred
