Job description
T&B Tube specializes in manufacturing cut to length steel tube for a variety of applications and customers that include point of purchase displays, outdoor products, tube fabricators, and various other OEMs. Our four Tube Mills, four high speed recut machines, and precision tube laser enable us to deliver steel tube quickly and reliably. We are a family owned and operated company that just celebrated our 40th year in business.

T&B Tube is growing, and we now have several positions available. Entry level positions are responsible for ensuring quality, preparing product for packaging and shipment, and assisting others. Cross-training and advancement opportunities available. Starting pay rate is based on experience and skill set, $16.00 - $17.50 per hour.
We are also looking for experienced machine operators; Mill Operators, Cut-Off Operators and Saw Operators. Operator pay is based on experience and skill set, $19.00 - $29.00.

Qualifications
Training Required:

• Forklift and overhead crane certification

• ISO 9001 Overview

• In Process Inspections (Surface, length, packaging)

• Measuring devices (Tape measures, length measuring devices)

• Company Safety Rules

• Packaging techniques

• Safe Banding and Material stacking practices

Education and/or equivalent experience required:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Forklift operation

• Minimum 3-6 months factory/warehouse work setting

• Basic Computer Skills

• Basic Math Skills (including fractions and decimal conversions)

• Basic maintenance work

• Basic Mechanic Skills (Automotive Repair)

• Basic Machinery Experience-3-6 months

• Minimum 1-year experience in grocery store stock, warehouse environment, industrial environment.

• Minimum 1-year experience or more with overhead cranes, forklift, scanners
