Job Title: Customer Service Representative III
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
- Maintain daily contact with key client contacts and perform data entry / order processing within specified system.
- Document and report on status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
- Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Master's degree and 5-8 years of experience.

- This is a data entry position.
- Resource must have Salesforce experience but would also like to have someone with SAP as well.
- If they don't have SAP, it is not a deal breaker. They are willing to train on this.
- This resource will be creating tickets and assigning to the CSM's.
- This is a part of the international team but a second language is not required.
- Also, this is an onsite position BUT there can be discussions around it being hybrid after the 6-week training period.
