Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently review and resolve assigned cases using established policies and procedures.
- Review and evaluate transaction information and compare it against known risk flags
- Escalate risky or complex cases using established guidelines
- Review identified quality errors for needed corrections and update associated cases with corrected information.
- Adhere to established productivity and quality metrics.
