The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for supporting Potter customers. This role works closely with Regional Sales Managers to ensure a superior level of Customer Service is maintained.
Essential Functions

- Handle all customer calls, inquiries, and requests. This includes but not limited to follow-up calls and courtesy calls.
- Verify and confirm orders and pricing to customers both domestic and international.
- Accurately enter customer orders.
- Prepare customs documentation for international orders.
- Maintain customer orders and related correspondence with the rapid response, courtesy, and accuracy that our customers have come to expect from Potter.
- Handle request/inquiries from Regional Sales Managers and Sales Rep agencies, providing outside sales staff with updated product information.
- Coordinate mailing list for region as required by marketing department.
- Process customer returns in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training.
Preferred Qualifications
- International shipping knowledge is preferred.
This is a full-time position, on-site at the corporate facility. A hybrid work format will be an option after thorough understanding of the position. The hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. An occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate business needs.
Work Environment/Physical Demands/Travel
This job operates in a professional business office or home office where standard office equipment is routinely used, such as computers, photocopy machines, fax machines, telephones and filing cabinets.
This position is largely a sedentary role. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
