Essential Functions

• Support internal and external customers with various aspect of ATM & Debit cards to include dispute resolution and fraudulent transaction processing.
• Process disputes accurately and timely as mandated by regulation.
• Maintain organized records.
• Posted exception item processing.
• Unposted item repair.
• Assist with wire transfers.
• Assist with basic electronic banking tasks.
• Balance official checks.
