Essential Functions
- Support internal and external customers with various aspect of ATM & Debit cards to include dispute resolution and fraudulent transaction processing.
- Process disputes accurately and timely as mandated by regulation.
- Maintain organized records.
- Posted exception item processing.
- Unposted item repair.
- Assist with wire transfers.
- Assist with basic electronic banking tasks.
- Balance official checks.
