Position Overview:
Our Call Center Representatives play a crucial role in assisting patients with their medical billing inquiries. By joining our team, you will:
Address patient questions regarding billing statements and insurance coverages.
Assist in setting up payment plans and processing payments.
Offer information on financial assistance options.
Ideal Candidate:
Professional communication skills and a clear, polite demeanor.
Available for a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Eager to learn and receptive to coaching. Our comprehensive training program covers Customer Service excellence, medical billing intricacies, and insurance navigation, making you proficient in using hospital EMR systems like EPIC.
Dependable, thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent time management skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a professional Call Center environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, both in verbal and written communication.
Proficient computer skills and a quick typing ability.
A desire to make a positive impact on the community through your work.
