Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with skills in billing, shipping, refunding and order-related processes for all Dr. Berg Nutritionals products and services.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful online computer system work, experience providing high quality Customer Service and calmly working through customer concerns.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving concerns, escalating complaints or questions to the correct department, and creating a culture of satisfied customers! You’ll collaborate with other passionate customer team members to ensure the Dr. Berg Nutritionals products are successfully handled with our clients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
An overview of your key duties:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through our CRM software, by taking calls, responding to emails and our text message system.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Issuing refunds or processing reshipments when needed.
- Escalating customer questions to the appropriate department.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Service process.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support over the phone and in written communication.
Customer Service Representative Qualification and Skills required
- 1-3 years of experience in remote customer support
- High school diploma.
- Very friendly speaking voice.
- Fluent in English (multiple languages a plus!).
- Solid spelling and grammar skills.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
- Experience working with online customer support.
- Experience with Magento is a plus.

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday from 10:00 AM EST – 7:00 PM EST with 1 hour break
