Customer Service Representative- Csr

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position located in .

Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent phone etiquette during all customer interactions
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
- Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) to our Spanish-speaking customers
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to promote special offers or sales
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and maintain order information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a plus
