This is a full-time position and is available as soon as possible. The positions also offer advancements with in the company, as well as other incentives and bonuses. As a Customer Service Representative / Canvasser, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of our business.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide exceptional Customer Service and assistance to clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Effectively identify and qualify new leads through canvassing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and participate in training sessions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
- Prior experience in Customer Service or sales roles a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
