Riner Solutions, a leading company in the Consumer Goods industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative / Canvasser to join our team. This is a full-time position and is available as soon as possible. The positions also offer advancements with in the company, as well as other incentives and bonuses. As a Customer Service Representative / Canvasser, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Customer Service and assistance to clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
• Effectively identify and qualify new leads through canvassing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and participate in training sessions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization

Requirements

• Prior experience in Customer Service or sales roles a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
