Description:
The role of a French Bilingual Customer Service representative involves receiving inbound calls and scheduling technicians. The representatives will typically receive around 25-35 calls per day, which will last anywhere between 3-15 minutes, depending on the nature of the call. They will work with bank tellers, brand managers, or store employees to help resolve issues over the phone. Additionally, they will handle tier I calls when there is overflow from other departments. Some of the key skills required for this role include proficiency in Microsoft software, troubleshooting, CRM, dispatcher, tech support, WPM, French language proficiency, Customer Service, and call center operations.
