Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative your responsibilities include working with customers over the phone and by email to answer questions about our products and services. By communicating with customers, you will understand their print and sign requirements, provide quotes and enter orders in our order management system. You will also assist customers who walk in to our facility to enter their orders or pick up and pay for their jobs.
Responsibility Overview:
- Provide service to customers in our office, over the telephone, and by email.
- Enter customer orders and/or provide quotes based on a customer email, phone conversation or via the online storefront.
- Help the customer by understanding their requirements and proposing the services and products that best meet their needs.
- Perform miscellaneous transactions and other duties as required.
- A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the print or sign industry.
- Experience using a computer system for entering and managing customer orders.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Possess the ability to speak comfortably to customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Education or experience in graphic design
- Experience in the print or sign industry
- Experience with Print Smith order processing system
