Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative provides assistance and support to customers, sales, and operations department by coordinating office services. Support to these departments includes data entry, clerical work and record keeping. The Customer Service Representative is the initial point of contact for customers regarding work orders and is responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondence, and ensuring the needs of customers are met.

Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.

· Assist customers with placing orders and effectively resolve customers concerns.

· Create and update customer accounts on company database.

· Provide the highest level of quality service to our customers.

· Perform other related duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED.

· 1 year + experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within the waste management industry.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills (proper grammar is a must)

· Basic math skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft office.

· Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: $21-$26 an hour depending on experience.
