Description:
Customer Service
- Greet patients that come into the stores
- Effectively communicate and answer patient questions about product
- Maintain positive attitude and build rapport with customers
- Work in computer system to open new patient accounts and complete sales transactions
- Take payment for cash sales and/or bill products to insurance including gathering prescriptions and documents needed from physician
Inside Sales
- Responsible for selling additional products to customers/patients based on their needs
- Primarily work with the walk-in customers and actively listen to their needs to pair solutions
Some Light Assembly
- Occasionally will need to gather medical products, take them out of the box and put them together for the patient
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
- Team player approach and mentality
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft programs, email and teams
NICE TO HAVES:
- Retail and inside sales experience
- Healthcare experience and knowledge of insurance billing processes
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
