-This position will answer phone calls, set-up accounts, answer questions about service, take payment and act as a liaison between customer and driver in a fast-paced environment.
-We are a Customer Service company. You MUST have a customer first attitude.
-We are looking for a friendly and efficient person with the ability to work in a team setting.
-Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
-Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications and have the ability to learn new software (TrashFlow, PandaDocs, and Samsara to name a few).
-Preference for someone with call center experience.
-Ability to study, understand and be able to quote out service policies is required.
-40 hours week - (1 hour lunch)
Monday-Friday 7:45 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
